Mars talismans for protection

I made only two Mars talismans for protection. The reason for this is that I have not found other crystals in the shop suitable to be used as talisman basis. Yes, I personally go to the crystal shop and carefully study crystals before purchasing, instead of ordering online. The reason for this is I want to make sure they are of a size suitable for inscribing, they are as smooth as possible and that they have little to no internal cracks that may cause break when inscribed or carried about. 

Following 777, I used ruby crystals. Each crystal was inscribed with the astrological glyph of Mars alongside the divine name Adonai (Aleph-Daleth-Nun-Yod), as per good ol' Cornelius' as well as Uncle Al's works.

Follow-up work

One has better chances of success in magical work by actively enforcing the spell on a physical level. I've learned this early on from people like Scott who know what they're doing and are very good at it. If you cast for a job, you also apply your resume to more than a few offers, show up at interviews and do your best. If you cast for love, you expose yourself to the world more often, mingle, socialize and do your best. And so on.

But this article deals with the follow-up work from another perspective. I've noticed more than once that spells aimed at a person to create microcosmic changes, such as physical or psychological healing, often impose the need for the person to conduct certain works for and on themselves. Although I'm not coming up with any theory, the probability for such an occurrence ought not to be overlooked by people who cast on both their and others' microcosm.

Failure to do so can generate tensions in the individual on whom the spell was cast. This can cause more unpleasant outcomes later on and what could have been a successful spell goes bust. Again, I'm not coming up with any theory as this needs further study and experimenting, but the so called blockages a person is sometimes said to put up against a spell that would benefit them can be explained thusly.

Occultist vs buffoon

An occultist does his or her work in privacy and keeps it private and there's nothing more to be said about this.

Buffoons, on the other hand, have an urging need to put on public displays of... whatever it is they boast of doing. Whether it's posting pictures of altars decorated with Christmas lights or videos in which one is accompanied by his mummy-like wife that stands there as grotesque decor and flashes a nightmarish smile while her husband is rambling on about some kind of secret Jesus spells, their efforts are solely aimed to draw attention. It is a cheap marketing gig.

But at least some buffoons are somewhat knowledgeable and experienced, Impotentor AΩ included. Others solely rely on backing from among their list of so called friends (and their mom) to compensate for them not having a clue about shit while posing as foremost experts in more than one tradition or practice. There are others still who, without relying on their mom despite living with her even in their 40s, take this shit show to yet another level of clowning.

These solar talismans have been made for success. 777 gives topaz, yellow diamond or crysolith as solar crystal correspondences. Planetary metal correspondences

Age-old correspondences have reached us through medieval grimoires and have been compiled in works such as 777. Occultists nowadays can simply pick up Uncle Al's book to look up what plants or minerals correspond to their planets of choice and procure them for use in magical workings. 

But how did such correspondences come to be? When it comes to plants or animals we can imagine how people thought of a lion as corresponding to solar forces, not to mention a sunflower. But many correspondences would be much harder to associate. 

In THIS VIDEO Rudolf Steiner explains how metals came to be attributed to planets. By going through the explanation it becomes clear human beings play an important role in the process. One might even say they play the most important role, something that wouldn't be so far fetching considering life revolves around man.

On synchronicity

A simple online search of the term reveals that it "describes meaningful coincidences where external events align with internal thoughts or feelings without a causal link, suggesting a deeper, interconnected reality beyond chance."

Synchronicity is often mentioned in occult circles as a means through which one can observe spells' manifestation into reality. By this is meant that after you do a spell for a specific purpose you will notice certain occurrences that hint towards your desire coming true at a future moment. Whenever this happens it should be seen as auspicious, but from personal experience it doesn't guarantee total and complete spell success.

Occultists ≠ psychologists

I've come across more than a few cases where people seek magical help, but once they share their issue they drag on when it comes to paying. I have made a single Air talisman just for improving communication. Others may follow depending on demand. Based on 777, I used topaz for this particular talisman. More exactly, I used white topaz since I found it favors the intellect and mental clarity, both being great assets in communication. As before, a limitation was added to prevent its wearer and their loved ones from experiencing unpleasant effects.

Better luck next time

Venus has just been cazimi in Capricorn last Tuesday while Mars is currently cazimi in the same sign. Funny, this year each of the two experiences cazimi in the other's day and very close together. It would have been an amazing opportunity for performing rituals involving the two planets, not to mention making Venusian and Martian talismans. Unfortunately, several factors made that opportunity turn sour, at least for me.

Firstly, Venus, Sun and Mars are all in Capricorn, the sign of Mars' exaltation, meaning both Venus and the Sun are being received by Mars. This would be welcomed since Mars is feeling great here, but it is combust during Venus cazimi and Venus-Sun conjunction also applies to conjunct Mars very closely. This gives a heightened note of volatility to an otherwise very pleasant event.

I've made five talismans by calling on the lunar hierarchy - Gabriel, Malkah, Chasmodai, Schedbarschemoth Scharthathan - and instructing them to empower the crystals so that each of them will provide clairvoyance to its user. I've also added a limitation to prevent the user and their loved ones from suffering or experiencing loss as a result of the talisman doing its thing. Notice the crystals are within the Triangle of Art and the spirits have been called inside the Triangle to consecrate them, just so to have the entire lunar force contained and focused solely on the crystals.

Following a series of successful experiments over the past couple of years and having observed the unfortunate state of this particular market, I have decided to start making talismans people would be able to purchase. I will start with planetary talismans and may extend to other forces depending on demand and my ability to capitalize on elections.

These talismans will only be made at auspicious times, but using corresponding crystals instead of metal or other materials for a base. I've taken this decision due to several factors, including shipping which may prove difficult for metalic objects. I will announce each in turn and will add the respective charts alongside a brief description of the ritual. They will be created solely for one goal, instead of two or more.

Una ragazza molto speciale, who should have her own blog but doesn't (uffa!), joins me as we close off the year with this article discussing the importance of house differences, especially in magical affairs. It aims to help people gain a better understanding of why magical work involving celestial forces is either endorsed or hindered depending on where the force of choice is located in the chart at the moment of ritual. 

For the sake of simplicity only planets are mentioned, but the same principles apply to stars and constellations, zodiac signs, even lunar mansions.

I guess this would be continuing my article on testing your occultist.

I've addressed dumbass wannabe occultists who sell magical trinkets made during awful astro times more than once. This article covers another breed of occultist, the ignorant. In this case, the people in question not only brag about being astro magicianists who sell talismans based on the Picatrix, Hermes or Agrippa, but also teach astro classes at ginormous prices. 

I mean, you'd get both my general talisman class and fixed stars and constellations talisman class together for less than $100, but you'd have to spend a great deal more to take those people's class. What would you get? I have no idea. I can only speak of what I've come across while looking through the products they so loftily present on their site in late 2025.
