Sham-bala

The occult environment is turning more and more into a genuine Sham-bala. That is to say, it's turning more and more into a kingdom where the "enlightened" and "wise" make easy money off of stupids. Over the years I have addressed various dubious characters and methods, from self-proclaimed experts to gullible clients and from fossils to materialist occultists. Over the past year or so I also spoke of a certain bunch of fucktards from northern Italy who not only elbow their way to notoriety, but are spineless to react whenever they're being called out.

It just so happened that something of an even more toxic nature has been brought to my attention: certain people are doing "Rosicrucian" retreats. Now, I usually overlook these things because I'm aware they're a quick money making scheme (that can easily go bad). But in this case I'm unable to mind my own business, for reasons that will become apparent.

The term rosicrucian has become trivial, stacked together with others such as alchemy, gnosticism, enlightenment, chakras and so on, all part of the checklist of anyone willing to make quick profit in this field. Any loser out there wanting to sell him or herself knows they must employ a certain catchphrase or, if their intellect and imagination do not allow for that, make use of certain words that easily draw attention. The term rosicrucian is one of them.

Mr Farrell has already written an article in which he spoke of these things. It is a simple means by which certain individuals work on building an aura around something they want to profit from. It's similar to what the aforementioned fucktards have done by associating themselves with the aforementioned fossils. 

Whereas some dorks can loudly yell they're R.R. & A.C. to keep their followers interested, even if no serious R.R. & A.C. member would ever do that, yet the dorks in question are known to be part of the Inner Order (unfortunately for that particular order), saying you're Rosicrucian labels you as a sham. Alluding to it also applies, as well as doing anything in connection to the term, especially for money, let alone using this name in association to yours.

That being said, I will now present certain quotes from one by the name of Rudolf Steiner, whom Dr Robert Felkin visited to receive a Rosicrucian link so he could legitimately run his SM separately from and with no ties to Mathers' AO. 

"Someone without knowledge of the true background of Rosicrucianism, who picks up the writings of Valentin Andreae, or indeed any other Rosicrucian document, will find nothing exceptional in them. In fact, right up to our own time, it has been impossible to gain even elementary knowledge of this spiritual stream that still exists, and has done so since the fourteenth century. Everything published, written or printed is nothing but fragments, lost through betrayal into public hands. Not only are these fragments inaccurate; they have undergone all kinds of distortions through charlatanry, fraud, incomprehension and sheer stupidity. As long as it has existed, genuine Rosicrucianism has been passed an by word of mouth to members sworn to secrecy. That is also why nothing of great importance has found its way into public literature.

We shall speak today about certain elementary aspects of Rosicrucianism that can now be spoken of in public, for reasons which at the moment would take us too far to explain. Only when they are known can one make any sense of what is found in the often grotesque, often merely comic, but also often fraudulent, and seldom accurate information."

"People will then learn to understand the Rosicrucian principle which has remained unbroken since the founding of Rosicrucianism, namely, that those who are charged with the task of teaching, may not previously speak to the outer world of their mission. Indeed it is a venerable rule in Rosicrucianism that a teacher of the Rosicrucian Order is never outwardly proclaimed as such by his contemporaries; the fact that he is such a teacher may not be spoken of until a hundred years after his death—not before—because only so can the impersonal element be preserved in a genuine spiritual movement."

"Mysteries in the old sense of the word were no longer possible in the time of which I have been speaking. (...) What appears later as Rosicrucianism, sound and genuine Rosicrucianism, as well as the debased and charlatan kinds, comes in reality from men who gathered together in this simple way and sought so to temper their souls that genuine spiritual knowledge might yet be able to arise for them. In such a gathering, that took place in most unpretentious surroundings, the simple living-room of a kind of manor house, a few persons were once met, who, through certain exercises half thoughtful and meditative in character, half of the nature of prayer, done in common by them all, had developed a mystical mood in which all shared.

But picture to yourselves, my dear friends, what strange feelings must gradually have come over these men, who had to receive the very highest knowledge—for what was given to them was so accounted—from a direction that was growing more and more foreign, almost uncanny, to them; for they could no longer see into the world out of which the secrets came to them; ordinary consciousness could not reach so far. It can readily be understood that such things easily led to charlatanism and even to fraud. Indeed at no time of human evolution have charlatanism and the highest and purest of revelation stood so close to one another as in this period. It is difficult to distinguish the true from the false—so much so that many regard the whole of Rosicrucianism as charlatan. One can understand this, for the true Rosicrucians are extra-ordinarily hard to find among the charlatans, and the whole matter is all the more difficult and problematic for the reason that one has always to bear in mind that the spiritual revelation comes from sources which in their real quality and nature remain hidden.

The small circles gathered by the first Rosicrucians grew to a larger brotherhood, who always went about unrecognised, appearing here and there in the world, generally with the calling of a physician, healing the sick, and at the same time spreading knowledge as they went. And it was so that in regard to very much of this knowledge, the spreading of it was not without a certain embarrassment, inasmuch as the men who carried it on were not able to speak of the connection in which they stood to the spiritual world."

These quotes are enough to point out to the fact the Rosicrucians were acting covertly and that people generally considered them charlatans because of the widespread frauds in regards to them, their teachings and so on. As Mr Farrell's article points out, they mingled with the crowd without attracting attention, offering help whenever they could, usually in the form of healing. Steiner said similar things throughout his many lectures.

In conclusion, any such "Rosicrucian" retreat is a sham and is best to be treated accordingly. This is the reason why I couldn't mind my own business and instead tell the world about it, even if it falls on deaf ears.
