*THIS* is a magical working that will allow you to manifest rain. I see it as being a great asset for farmers everywhere, especially if they live in areas where hot and dry weather is problematic most of the time.
The working itself has a lot more practical applications, as the customer will find out upon purchasing it. He or she will get to benefit from information that will allow them to both manifest external change, as well as change within themselves. Not only will they be able to affect the outside world and other people in more than one way, but they will also be able to increase some of their skills.
