Make the effort!

Last month I wrote *THIS* article telling people to stop being lame when it comes to asking for and receiving magical help. The same idea applies when they are performing magical operations themselves, only this time they expect results to fall from the sky while they're doing nothing

While it is true that magick can bring you results as if they happened by miracles, it is always best that you reinforce your magical operation by taking mundane steps towards your desired goal! This is the case for practically any magical operation that targets goals that can be achieved through mundane actions alone. If you want a job, then you have to start sending your resume to companies, show up at interviews, do your best at those interviews, etc. If you want more money you can take on a second job, or ask for overtime at your existing job, and so forth.

This is especially the case when you are doing love magick, and any other magick that deals with this area of life (sex, lust, seduction, etc). You can cast on yourself in order to become more attractive and let the suitors come to you, leaving you the freedom of choosing between them. But there is also the case when you cast on a specific person to love you, or to have sex with you. This is a whole different thing! Let's say the spell bends the person's will enough for them to become lead by their newly inflamed feelings towards you. What then? Do you expect them to knock on your door naked one day and jump you the instant you open the door?

Not that it would be impossible, but it is highly improbable. The target would end up having feelings towards you, but you have to do your part and spend more time in their presence. Moreover, you'd also have to engage them in conversation more, flirt, and so on. Not only will your actions stir their interest in you more, but your presence will have a great impact on them above anything else. The more time you will spend with them, the more they will miss you when you two are apart and during all this time the spell will act more and more on them.

Failing to do that will result in your spell becoming a curse and the person will end up agonizing because they cannot even see you, until such time the effects of the spell will fade away. Then you will say the spell did not work...

So don't just cast a love spell and sit on your ass awaiting for the person to show up at your place! Go out there and meet them!
