The following is a not so perfect election for the sixteenth lunar mansion. The following descriptions of the mansion appears in Book IV, Chapter 9 of the Picatrix:
"The sixteenth Mansion is Azebene, and it is for the making of money. When the Moon has passed around to this Mansion, fashion in a plate of silver the figure of a man seated in a throne and carrying a scale in his hands. Cense [the image] with fine odors, and set it out under the stars for seven nights, saying each night: 'You, Azeruch, make such and such happen for me, and complete for me my request'. Ask of it pertaining to selling and earning. And know that Azeruch is the name of the lord of this Mansion."
Book I, Chapter 4 mentions:
"It consists of 12°51'26" starting from Libra to 25°42'52" from it. Talismans at this position can be made for damaging merchant shops, newly planted trees and farms, for separating friends and spouses, for the severe punishment of the wife if the husband so desires, for harming a traveling adversary and creating discord between partners, as well as for releasing captives from captivity."
As you can see, there powers differ between the two. Don't ask me why because idk although they appear to work both ways. The image and the spirit is the same (although the spirit's name differs in later sources maybe because of Agrippa).
The election I've selected is based on my time so you'd have to adjust the chart so the Moon will be between 12°51'26" and 25°42'52" Libra and on the ASC (or MC).
We see the Moon waxing, inside the mansion and on the ASC. I have yet to check if moving the chart forward for the Moon to be on the MC would have it get past the inconjunction with Mars and applying to a clean trine with Saturn, but I imagine that would be the case especially for other time zones. So do try that option too.
You can inscribe the image on something other than silver, even paper. While you can surely follow the simple instructions offered in the first quote, I for one call on Gabriel first and ask him to assist and help me with the operation. Then I conjure the mansion spirit as if it were a lunar spirit, via the appropriate godname, Gabriel, and the name of the mansion. When the spirit's arrived I task it to empower the talisman for such and such.
Either way, it should be simple.
Hate on, dum-dums!
