Mars has entered its decan in Pisces and afterwards it will enter its decan in Aries. Besides the obvious increase in the planet's strength, in the former case due to triplicity and decan and in the latter by its domicile and decan, this is a good time for decan talismans.
In the Picatrix we find the following description for the third decan of Pisces:
"The image of an evil man with a woman in front of him who has a donkey above her and a bird in her hand appears in the its third phase. This phase is for Mars. It indicates marital sexual relations, hugging, lust, intimacy, sensuous desire and a tendency to have leisure and relaxation time."
The first decan of Aries has this description:
"According to the leader of this science, the image of a large and distinguished black mad man with red eyes his waist and an ax in his hand, a white rope wrapped around, emerges in the first phase of Aries. This is the phase of Mars. It is a phase of cruelty, aggression, haughtiness and insolence."
While you can simply inscribe the appropriate images and fumigate them while asking the decan force to empower the talisman for such and such, you can look up my method, one that has proven quite potent so far.
The godname of Pisces is HHVY. The angel of the third decan of Pisces is Satrip. The godname of Aries is YHVH and the angel of the first decan of Aries is Zazer.
