This is an election I've chosen for a decanal talisman from the Picatrix. The decan in question is the second decan of Cancer, decan of Mercury.
The Latin Picatrix says the following: "A woman of beautiful visage, and having on her head a green wreath of myrtle, and in her hand is the stem of the planet which is called the water lily, she is singing songs of love and joy. And this is a face of playing, and of wealth, joy and abundance."
The Arabic Picatrix: "There is also the image of a beautiful woman longing for
pleasure and singing, wearing a wreath made of green basil on her head and holding a rod of nenuphar (water lilly) in her hand is longing for pleasure and singing. This image appears in its second phase. This is the phase of Mercury, and it denotes entertainment and enjoyment of music as well as grace, honor and wealth."
The words in bold letters give the powers of the decan in both versions, while the description of the decan itself depicts the image that is to be drawn on the talisman. As with the previous examples I've provided, which you can find here and here (along with another one), you don't have to go all-out artistic on your drawing, especially if you don't have the skills.
The date I've chosen (in a hurry) for this talisman is Wednesday July 21, at 12:12pm Greenwich time - Day of Mercury, Mercury in its decan and on the Midheaven, so make sure you adjust the chart to your location so that Mercury is on the Midheaven. The Moon is cool, if you overlook a square with Neptune.
If you want to go more ceremonial magicky, you can use HVHY as the godname of Cancer and Rahadetz as the angel on the decan in your ritual, otherwise do as instructed in the previous examples. Edit: or if you want to do it the Lord Manticore way, in an ever so muchly superior over the top Pagan style, the decan daemon is Ouphisit.

Hate on, dum-dums!
