Protect yourself and move on ffs!

I'm fed up with this virus thing! Whether it's really a horseman of the Apocalypse or just a weak ass, lamer than your common cold virus, I don't really care! I'm just fed up with all the panic and commotion over it! If you're terrified of it, simply protect yourself ffs! Are you paranoid because of it? Protect yourself even more! You wouldn't have sex with a hoe without using a condom, right? Because you're aware she might give you... cooties, or whatever...
Same with this virus - if you're paranoid because of it, then protect yourself: wash your hands, avoid crowds, whipe your ass, etc... Or if you're into magick you can cast protection spells to ward you from your paranoia... ahem! from the virus.

If you're into magick you may very well be familiar with all sorts of protection spells, amulets, talismans, and whatnot, so it's not my business to tell you what to do. What I will tell you is that the zodiacal 6th house rules illnesses, especially accute ones. So call on the angel of the 6th house and ask him to protect you from THE VIRUS!

The angel's name is Veyel and you've got his sigil in the photo. You can call him as you would call on the angel of Virgo, because the 6th house is universally attributed to Virgo. *HERE* is Scott's Virgo ritual, so use that for calling on Veyel instead of Hamaliel. Or you can call on both of them at the same time if you're being extra paranoid. Make a talisman or two with them, even. Make more for your family members and then move on with your life FFS! You can keep casting healing spells on the world, attend prayer circles, donate to the local church, but stop being a damn imbecile!

That is all.

Pray on... ummm... hate on, dum-dums!

  1. Alex, you use the planetary kamea sigils of the sign that corresponds to the house but isn't this attribution of the house to the sign a modern interpretation? While I don't see a problem with it, it's true that the sign angels are different from the zodiacal angels otherwise Liber 777 would not list them separately but here we see that one can evoke them together. Where does this place the house angels in the four worlds hierarchy? Steve Savedow places them in Atziluth i.e the same as zodiacal archangels. I'm interested in working with them as well.

  2. These house angels are taken from Ars Paulina where they are given as angels of the signs. I first started working with them as house angels after seeing them in 777 and later on in Skinner's Complete Magician's Tables. It's clear Skinner copied them from 777. Crowley on the other hand must've taken them from Ars Paulina and experimented with them as house angels based on the emerging astrological thinking of equating houses with signs, a concept that arose around the start of the 20th century.

I'm well aware of the fact houses are not to be equated to signs and I stressed on this in Asteria. But went along with Crowley who placed these angels on the scales of the twelve signs in 777 and decided to experiment by calling on them using a zodiacal ritual template. I found that to work for both myself and others and continued working with them in that manner even after I found them in Ars Paulina. This experimental work was addressed in one of Nick's articles in Asteria 2 where he went even further and introduced other forces as well.

I have no idea where these angels are placed. I'd say Assiah because the houses themselves are earthbound. Not only are they derived from geographical locations, but they also cover people's lives in their earthly existence.

  3. So it seems that house angels *do* work well with the zodiacal rituals. I might just try it and report back the results. I've only done one sign angel spell.
I too think they're placed best in Assiah based on what you said. So now we have a sort of hierarchy to experiment with; Zodiacal archangel (briah), lesser assistant angel (Yetzirah), house angel (Assiah). I'm excited about experimenting with it myself using your godhead assumption MP as a part of the ritual of course :)
